
Amy Wilson FRSA has worked in museums, historic houses and as a public historian for nearly 20 years. She lives in the north eastern corner of London with her husband, baby Lily, and a dog called Inca.
Amy supports museums and heritage organisations on a freelance basis and specialises in communications and commercial strategy, marketing and community engagement projects. She was appointed an Associate Fellow of the Royal Historical Society in recognition for her contribution to public history and the heritage industry. Amy is a director at Storey Communications.
Amy researches and writes about the history of dress, within the context of pregnancy, motherhood and elite culture in eighteenth century Britain. Amy is a PhD candidate at Exeter University. To find out more about Amy’s academic work you can click here.
